If you no longer want to subscribe to Google Play™ Pass, you can easily cancel your subscription through the My Verizon website. This helps you manage your services and avoid unwanted charges.

Before you begin

Google Play Pass through your Verizon mobile account is no longer available. Once the subscription is removed it can't be re-added.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as the Account Owner or Account Manager.
  2. From the Account Overview screen, navigate:
    Account
    My products & plan perks
    Google Play Pass
    .
  3. Select
    Unsubscribe
    .
  4. To proceed, review the message then select
    Remove Google Play Pass
    .
