Kyocera DuraForce Ultra 5G UW - Manage Hotspot Settings

Here's how to configure the hotspot settings (e.g., password, network name, etc.) on your DuraForce Ultra 5G UW.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Network & internet
    Mobile Hotspot & tethering
    Mobile Hotspot
    .
  3. Configure the following as needed
    • Hotspot name
    • Security (e.g., None, WPA3-Personal, WPA2/WPA3-Personal, etc.)
    • Hotspot password
      The new password must be entered on the connecting device.
      1. Tap the Password field to remove the existing password.
      2. Enter the password then tap
        OK
        .
  4. Tap
    Advanced Mobile Hotspot settings
    .
  5. Tap
    Channel settings
     then select a preferred option (Auto, 1, 6, 11, etc.)
  6. Tap
    Timeout settings
     then select a preferred option (e.g., Never turn-off, 5 minutes, etc.)
