Kyocera DuraForce Ultra 5G UW - Insert / Remove SIM Card

Here's how to properly insert or remove a SIM card for your DuraForce Ultra 5G UW.

Instructions on inserting / removing your SIM can help with activation issues / errors, browser connection problems, and a blank / frozen screen.

Don't attempt to insert or remove the SIM card while the device is powered on. Doing so may harm the SIM card and/or the device.

Ensure the device is powered off.

From the lower right edge of the device (display facing up), remove the card tray.

Insert your fingernail into slit on the SIM/microSD card tray cover and pull out the tray. (Example image below)

Do one of the following:

Insert SIM card

Insert the SIM card into the tray (gold contacts facing down). Ensure the card fits into place.

Remove SIM card

Once the tray is removed, lift the SIM card from the tray.

Re-insert the card tray then press it into place.
