If you’re troubleshooting an issue with discovery+ support, you’ll need a reference number, which can be found by signing in to the My Verizon website.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Account Manager.
  2. From the Account Overview screen, navigate:
    Account
    My products & plan perks
    discovery+
    .
  3. View the discovery+ reference number.
