Ensure your child's Gizmo watch displays their latest medical profile. Updating health details like blood type and medications in the Verizon Family app takes only a few quick steps.

Before you begin

Ensure the Verizon Family app is updated (Google Play™ Store or Apple® App Store® ).

Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Family app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Profiles tab
     select the user's profile.
  3. Tap
    Medical information
    .
  4. Tap
    Add medical information
    .
    To edit the existing info, tap
    Edit info
    .
  5. Enter or edit any of the following info then tap
    Save changes
    :
    This info displays on the child's watch when someone holds down the 'SOS button'.
    • Child's first name
    • Child's last name
    • Birth date
    • Display birth date
    • Height
    • Weight
    • Blood type
    • Medications
    • Medical notes
