Keeping the date and time accurate on your Pixel 5 helps ensure alarms, calendar events, and reminders work as expected. If necessary, adjust these settings when traveling or if the time appears incorrect.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    System
    Date & time
    .
  3. To use network-provided values, tap the following to turn on:
    • Automatic date and time
    • Automatic time zone
    • Use location for time zone
  4. If desired, tap
    Use 24-hour format
     to turn on.
