MOTOROLA ONE 5G UW - Activate / Set Up Device

Activate your Motorola one 5G UW to get started. This ensures you can make calls, send messages and connect to the internet.

If you have a physical SIM card, ensure your 5G SIM card is inserted.

To activate the device on prepaid service, refer to Set up Verizon Prepaid Service.

Press and hold the

Power button

until the device begins to power on. Select your language then tap

START

Confirm the correct phone number displays then tap

Connect to a Wi-Fi network.

To copy apps and data, tap

to transfer your content now or tap

Follow the onscreen prompts to review and accept the Google Services options (e.g., Google Drive, Location, etc.).

Set up a screen lock and face recognition or fingerprint to secure your device.

Check to receive desired updates from the Google Assistant then tap

To configure voice services with the Assistant, tap
