Add a Personal / Corporate Email Account

Follow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3, or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your Galaxy Z Fold2 5G that is not serviced by Gmail™.

Before you begin

Corporate email settings are not maintained by Verizon. Contact your Exchange / IT Admin for more assistance.

Add a Personal Email

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage
    accounts
    .
  3. Tap
    Add account
    .
  4. Tap
    Personal (IMAP)
     or
    Personal (POP3)
    .
  5. Enter your email address then tap
    Next
    .
  6. Enter the password then tap
    Next
    .
  7. If presented, enter the appropriate info (e.g., SMTP server, port, security type, etc.) then tap
    Next
    .
  8. If presented with account options (e.g., sync frequency, Inbox download size, etc.), configure as desired then tap
    Next
    .
  9. Enter the appropriate info (e.g., Account name, Your name, etc.) then tap
    Next
    .

Add a Corporate Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage
    accounts
    .
  3. Tap
    Add account
    .
  4. Tap
    Exchange
     (for corporate email accounts).
  5. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap
    Next
    .
  6. If setup is unsuccessful, tap
    Set up manually
     then select the applicable options.
