Remove Disney bundle

If you no longer want to use Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+, you can easily cancel your Disney bundle subscription through the My Verizon website. This helps you manage your services and avoid unwanted charges.

Before you begin

If the Disney bundle is removed, it can't be readded unless included with select Verizon Unlimited plans.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the Account Overview screen, navigate:
    Account
    My products & plan perks
    The Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu & ESPN+)
    .
  3. Select
    Unsubscribe
    .
  4. To proceed, review the message then select
    Confirm
    .
