LG Stylo 6 - Add / Remove a Wi-Fi Connection

Here's how to connect to a Wi-Fi network or remove a saved connection on your Stylo 6.
  1. From a Home screen on your LG Stylo™ 6, open the
    Settings app
     Settings icon.
  2. Navigate:
    Network & Internet
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. Ensure the Wi-Fi switch is turned on Switch on.
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • Connect to an Available Wi-Fi Network
      1. Tap the preferred Wi-Fi network.
      2. Enter the appropriate password then tap
        Connect
        .
        To view the password as it is being entered, tap (check)
        Show password
        .
    • Manually Connect to a Wi-Fi Network
      1. Tap the
        Menu icon
         Menu icon.
      2. Tap
        Add Wi-Fi
        .
      3. From the Wi-Fi name (SSID) field, enter the appropriate name.
      4. Tap the Security field
        dropdown menu
         .
      5. Tap the applicable security option (e.g., None, WEP, WPA/WPA2 PSK).
      6. Tap (check)
        Show advanced options
         to enable any additional settings (e.g., Proxy settings, IP settings, etc).
      7. Enter the appropriate password then tap
        Connect
        .
    • Remove a Wi-Fi Connection
      1. Tap the connected Wi-Fi network.
      2. Tap
        Forget
        .
