If unable to connect a device or charging is slow, remove any cover from each device.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Battery and device care
    Battery
    .
  3. Tap
    Wireless power sharing
    .
  4. Tap the
    Wireless power sharing switch
     to turn on.
  5. Place the center of your phone back-to-back with another compatible device.
