Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

If your Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G is low on storage, use an SD card for extra space. Follow these steps to insert or remove it without losing data.

Before you begin

Ensure your Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G is powered off.

From the upper-left edge of the device, remove the card tray with the insertion tool or a paperclip then do one of the following:

To insert an SD / memory card: Ensure the gold contacts are facing up down, insert the SD / memory card into the tray.

To remove an SD / memory card: Once the tray is removed, use the opening on the opposite side of the tray to dislodge.

Reinsert the card tray then press in to lock it into place.
