Here's how to add an existing email account to your Galaxy Watch3.
  • The email function is not available on watches while set up as a standalone device.
  • Email accounts are managed through the Microsoft Outlook app on the paired phone, not from the watch.
  • From your Android™ smartphone or Apple® iPhone®, ensure the following apps are installed:
    • Galaxy Wearable / Samsung Galaxy Watch (Gear S) app
    • Microsoft Outlook for Android or for iOS mobile app
  • To add an email account or send / receive emails, you'll need to:
    • ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the watch and smartphone.
    • keep the watch near your smartphone throughout the entire process.
  1. An email account can't be added to the watch without adding the account in your Microsoft Outlook app Outlook app icon on your Android Smartphone or Apple Iphone. When added to the Microsoft Outlook app on the paired phone, it is automatically added to the Microsoft Outlook app on the watch.
