Move Files from Internal Storage to SD / Memory Card

Moving files to an SD card frees up storage space and helps your Galaxy A71 5G UW run more efficiently.

Before you begin

Ensure an SD / memory card is inserted in your Galaxy A71 5G UW.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Samsung

My Files

Internal storage

Navigate to the directory or folder that contains the files.

Tap the

3-dot Menu

then tap

Edit

Select the desired files or tap

All

to select all files.

Tap

Move

Tap the

My Files Home icon

in the upper left.

Tap

SD Card

If necessary, navigate to the applicable directory you want to move the files to.

Tap

Move here

in the lower right.
