Manage Home Screen SettingsOrganizing the Home screen on your Galaxy A71 5G UW makes it easier to use. Resize the grid, move apps and hide unnecessary apps for faster access to your most-used features.
Steps
- Open theSettings app.If unavailable, touch and hold a blank area of the Home screen then tapHome Screen Settings.
- TapHome screen.
- Do any of the following:
- To select a Home screen layout:
- TapHome screen layout.
- Select an option (Home and Apps screen, Home screen only).
- TapApply.
- To adjust the number of apps shown on the Home screen:
- TapHome screen grid.
- Select an option (e.g., 4x5, 4x6, 5x5, 5x6) at the bottom.
- TapSave.
- To adjust the number of apps shown on the Apps screen:
- TapApps screen grid.
- Select an option (e.g., 4x5, 4x6, 5x5, 5x6) at the bottom.
- TapSave.
- To add / remove Apps button on the Home screen:
- TapApps button.
- Tap theApps button switchto turn on or off.
- To hide apps:
- TapHide apps.
- Select the preferred app(s).
- TapDone.
