  3. Do one of the following:

      1. Locate then select an app.
      2. Tap
        Disable
         then tap
        Disable app
         to confirm.
        If the Disable option isn't available, tap
        Force stop
         then tap
        OK
        .
      3. If prompted to replace the app with the factory version, tap
        OK
         to confirm.
    • To enable an app:
      1. Locate then select an app.
      2. Tap
        Turn on
