Follow these instructions to configure IMAP, POP3, or Exchange® account settings for an email address on your Galaxy A71 5G UW that's not serviced by Gmail™.

Before you begin

Corporate email settings aren't maintained by Verizon. Contact your Exchange / IT Admin for more assistance.

Add a Personal Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage
    Accounts
    .
  3. Tap
    Add account
    .
  4. Tap
    Personal (IMAP)
     or
    Personal (POP3)
    .
  5. Enter your email address then tap
    Next
    .
  6. Enter the password then tap
    Next
    .
  7. Enter the applicable info (e.g., SMTP server, port, security type, etc.) then tap
    Next
    .
  8. Configure the account sync frequency options then tap
    Next
    .
  9. Enter an account name if desired then tap
    Next
    .

Add a Corporate Email Account

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Accounts and backup
    Manage
    Accounts
    .
  3. Tap
    Add account
    .
  4. Tap
    Exchange
    .
  5. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap
    Next
    .
  6. If setup is unsuccessful, tap
    Set up manually
     then select the applicable options.
