Orbic Journey L - Master Reset

Here's how to restore your Journey L to factory default settings.
A Factory Data Reset:
  • is the last resort for troubleshooting.
  • erases all data and restores preferences to factory default specifications.
  • is only recommended when the existing data has been backed up or is unwanted.
  1. From the main screen on your Orbic® Journey™ L, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

    Settings Settings icon
    Phone Settings
    Security
    .
  3. Select
    Reset phone
    .
  4. Select
    RESET PHONE
    .
  5. From the 'Reset?' screen, select
    ERASE EVERYTHING
    .
    If needed, set up your device.
