Orbic Journey L - Auto Receive Messages

Here's how to check settings on your Journey L if you're not receiving your picture / video messages.

If you're not receiving picture / video messages on your Orbic® Journey™ L, follow the steps below to ensure 'Auto-retrieve' is turned on.

From the main screen, select

Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

Select

Message

Select the

right soft key

to choose Options.

Select

Settings

> Multimedia messages (MMS)
.

Select

Auto-retrieve

Press the

center button

on the 5-way navigation pad to enable or disable Auto-retrieve.

Enabled when a checkmark

is present.
