Set Calling SIM by Contact (Dual SIM)

If you use two phone numbers on your Pixel smartphone, you can change the default SIM for a contact to help keep work and personal calls separate or take advantage of different network plans.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Contacts tab
    .
  3. Select the preferred contact.
  4. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
    .
  5. Tap
    Set calling SIM
    .
    This option is only available when a physical SIM card and a eSIM or two eSIMs are activated.
  6. From the Set calling SIM screen, select the number you want to use with that contact (e.g., Verizon eSIM).
  7. Tap
    OK
