Here's how to manage volume controls if your V60 ThinQ 5G UW doesn't vibrate or make sounds when receiving calls, texts or emails.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your LG V60 ThinQ™ 5G UW.
  2. Navigate:
    Sound
    Volume
    .
  3. Drag the
    slider
     left or right to adjust the level for any of the following:
    If unavailable, ensure the 'Mute all sounds' switch is turned off.
    • Ringtone
    • Notification sound
    • Touch feedback & system
    • Music, video, games & other media
To turn off all sounds, navigate:
Settings
Accessibility
Hearing
 then tap the
Mute all sounds switch
 to turn on.
