Replacement Options
If damage is found:
- Physical damage that voids the warranty includes cracked external glass screens, broken hinges and dents from tampering, misuse or falls. For this kind of damage, Motorola can offer a like-new replacement for a fee. If you have a Moto Care Accident Protection plan, the fee is reduced to a smaller deductible. See the motorola razr repair page or Motorola repair FAQ page for more info.
- Your razr has a remarkably flexible internal screen. With proper care this will work effortlessly. However, if something scratches, dents or otherwise damages the screen, Motorola has a special program to replace only the screen for $299. The Moto Care Accident Protection plan also reduces this with a deductible.
- Several replacement options may be available.
