Here's how to place a call from your razr.
  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up on a Home screen to access all apps then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. From either the 'Favorites' or 'Recents' tab, tap the
    Dialer icon
     Keypad icon (lower-right), enter a 10-digit number then tap the
    Call icon
     Call icon.
    To place a call from the Contacts list:
    1. Tap the
      Contacts tab
       Contacts List icon.
    2. Select the desired contact.
    3. Tap
      Call
      .
      If multiple numbers are stored in the contact entry, select the desired number then tap
      OK
      .
