Check which devices are actively using your Volkswagen in-car Wi-Fi Hotspot to manage connected phones, remove old devices and identify unknown connections.

Before you begin

Ensure your vehicle is connected to a Wi-Fi capable device (e.g., phone, tablet, PC).
Up to 4 devices can be connected to your Wi-Fi hotspot at the same time.

Steps

  1. Open the myVW app.
  2. Tap the
    Account icon

  3. Tap
    Vehicle Management
    .
  4. Tap the desired vehicle.
  5. Tap
    Paired Devices
    .
  6. View the list of paired devices.
