Before you begin

Ensure the SD / memory card is inserted and your Galaxy Note10+ / Galaxy Note10+ 5G isn't connected to a computer via the USB cable.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Settings app
    .
  2. Navigate:
    Battery and device care
    Storage
    .
  3. Tap the name of the SD / Memory card.
  4. Tap the
    3-dot Menu icon
     then tap
    Storage settings
    .
  5. From the 'Portable storage' section, tap the name of the SD / Memory card.
  6. Tap
    Format
    .
  7. To continue, review the disclaimer then tap
    Format SD card
