Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e - Stop Running Apps

Here's how to stop running apps if they freeze / hang or cause your Galaxy Tab S5e to crash, reset or run slowly.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If apps aren't visible:
    1. Tap the
      Filter and sort icon Filter and sort icon
      .
    2. Tap the
      Show system apps switch
      to turn on Switch on icon.
    3. Ensure All is selected in the 'Filter by' section.
      Selected when blue dot appears.
  4. Tap
    Force stop
     (lower-right).
  5. To confirm, review the message then tap
    OK
    .
