Alcatel GO FLIP™ V - Check Voicemail

Here's how to check Voicemail from your GO FLIP V or another phone.

Speed Dial Number

  1. From the main screen, press and hold the
    1 key
    .

Add Voicemail to Contacts

  1. From the main screen, press the
    1 key
    .
  2. Press the
    right soft key
     soft key to choose Options.
  3. Select 'Add to existing contact' or 'Create new contact'.

Menu Option

  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.

    Contacts
    .
  3. Select
    Voice Mail
    .
  4. Press the
    Send key
     Clear Back Key.

Edit Voice Mail Number

  1. From the main screen, press
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the OK button to select.

  3. Select
    Call Settings
    .
  4. Select
    Voice mail
    .
  5. Select
    Setup
    .
  6. Press the
    CLR key Clear Back Key
    to remove unwanted numbers, enter the preferred numbers then select
    Save
    .
    To ensure correct dialing, only use your 10-digit mobile number or *86 as your Voicemail number.
    To add a wait or pause:
    1. Press and hold the
      */+ key
       (bottom-left).
    2. Insert a comma by highlighting ',' to add a 2-second pause then select
      Save
      .
    3. Select
      Save
      .

Access from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon wireless coverage area

  1. Call your 10-digit mobile number.
    If dialing from an international location, refer to Place an International Call for additional assistance.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the
    # key
     then enter the Voicemail password.
    If prompted, re-enter the mobile number.
