Alcatel Avalon - Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your Avalon.
The Alcatel Avalon™ supports microSD memory cards which can be purchased from any Verizon store or online.
  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. From the left edge of the device (display facing up), remove the card tray then do one of the following:
    • Insert SD / memory card
      Ensure the gold contacts are facing down then press in on the card tray to lock into place.
    • Remove SD / memory card
      Once the tray is removed, lift the SD / memory card from the tray.
  3. Reinsert the card tray and press in to lock it into place.
