Manage Visual Voicemail MessagesKeep your inbox organized and manage your messages efficiently. Easily check, reply to, save, call back, and delete Visual Voicemail messages right from your Alcatel smartphone.
Before you begin
Ensure your Visual Voicemail is active.
You can also check your voicemail by calling from your Alcatel smartphone or from another phone.
You can't retrieve deleted Voicemail messages; however, archived messages are saved to the device's internal storage.
Steps
- Open thePhone app.
- From the options screen, tap theVoicemail icon.
- SelectVoicemail.
- Tap a message to view the message details (e.g., time, number, length, etc.) then do any of the following:If using Premium Visual Voicemail, you can view the text of the voicemail at the top.
- To play a message, tap thePlay icon.
- To place a call back, tapCall.
- To reply with a message, tapSend tothen select an app which you want share the message (Gmail, Messages, etc).
- To forward a message:
- TapSend to.
- SelectMessagesorGmail.
- Enter the applicable info then tapSend.
- To delete a message, tap theTrash icon.
