Sonim XP8 - Set Ringtones / Notification Sounds

Here's how to select or change ringtones / notification sounds on your Sonim XP8.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Sound
    Advanced
    .
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To set a ringtone:
      1. Tap
        Phone ringtone
        .
        If saved ringtone is not listed, tap
        Add ringtone
         to add to list.
        1. Select the desired location (e.g., Internal Storage, SanDisk SD card, etc.).
        2. Select the desired folder.
      2. Select a ringtone then tap
        OK
        .
    • To set a notification sound:
      1. Tap
        Default notification sound
        .
      2. Select the preferred notification type then tap
        OK
        .
