Add Call Filter

Activate the Call Filter service on your account via the My Verizon website, giving you tools to screen calls and reduce interruptions from unknown numbers.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner or Manager.
  2. From the Account Overview screen, navigate:
    Shop products & plan perks
    Protection
    Call Filter
    .
  3. Select
    Get it now
    .
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To add Call Filter Plus on all lines (3 or more) on the account, select the
      Account level tab
       then select
      Call Filter + Multi Line
      .
    • To add Call Filter to individual line(s), select the
      By device tab
       then select the desired option for each line.
  5. Select
    Continue
    .
  6. Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy then select
    Confirm
    .
