Alcatel Avalon V - Restart Device

Here's how to restart your Avalon V if it crashes and resets, freezes or runs slowly.
Restarting your Alcatel Avalon™ V can help if you experience continuous resetting / rebooting, crashing, freezing or if the touchscreen is unresponsive.
  1. Press and hold the
    Power button
     on the right edge of the device until the Phone options screen appears then release.
    If the device is unresponsive, press and hold the
    Power button
     for approximately 10 seconds or until the device restarts.
  2. Tap
    Restart
    .
    If your device won't power back on, partially charge the device then retry.
