Alcatel Avalon™ V - Reset Network Settings

Here's how to reset settings if your Avalon V can't connect to data or send / receive messages.
If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.
By performing the steps below, the following are cleared or restored to default values:
  • Cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
  • Bluetooth®
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & Internet
    .
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  4. Tap
    Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
    .
  5. Tap
    RESET SETTINGS
    .
    If prompted, enter the PIN, password or pattern.
  6. To confirm, tap
    RESET SETTINGS
    .
