Lenovo tab 4 8 PLUS - Insert or Remove SD / Memory Card

Here's how to insert or remove an SD / memory card for your Lenovo Tab 4 8 PLUS.

The Lenovo tab 4 8 PLUS supports microSD memory cards which can be purchased from any Verizon store or online.

Ensure the device is powered off.

From the left edge of the device (display facing up), remove the card tray.

Using a fingernail or similar tool, open the SIM / SD access panel cover (figure 1) then remove the tray (figure 2).

Do one of the following:

Insert SD / memory card

Insert the SD / memory card as shown (gold contacts facing up).

Remove SD / memory card

Lift SD / memory card from the tray.

Turn the tablet over so the back of the device is facing up then insert the card tray.

Press in on the tray to lock it into place.

Close and secure the access panel cover.
