Steps

  1. Open the
    Verizon Protect app

  2. Navigate:
    Services
    Call Filter
    Upgrade
    .
  3. Tap
    Call Filter Plus
    .
  4. Tap
    Review changes
    .
  5. Review the account change then tap
    Confirm
    .
    It may take up to an hour for the activation to complete.
