Push to Talk Plus - Web Dispatch - System Requirements

Here's the system requirements for the Push to Talk web dispatch console.
Windows tablet is not supported in the initial release.

Hardware Requirements

  1. The following are the minimum hardware requirements to run Dispatch:
    • PC with a 2.1 GHz Intel Core i5 or above processor
    • 8 GB RAM
    • 2 Mbps Data Connectivity
    • Sound card with headset and speaker support

Software Requirements

  1. Supported operating systems for Dispatch:
    Touch screen events are not supported.
    • Windows 8.1/10.2 Pro or Enterprise 32-bit version
    • Windows 8.1/10.2 Pro or Enterprise 64-bit version

Browser Requirements

  • Dispatch is supported on Windows platform on browsers that supports plugin or extension - Internet Explorer (IE) 11.3, Chrome 45 & higher.
  • 'In Private browsing' is not supported on IE, an error message is displayed.
  • Dispatch requires the browser Plugin Application Programming Interface (NPAPI) and extension(s) support.

Ensure Correct Console Display

  • Dispatch links require pop-ups be enabled to open new browser windows.
  • Correct display of Web Dispatch requires the browser zoom settings to be 100%.
    Press CTRL+0 to reset zoom to default.
