Verizon Jetpack® MiFi® 8800L - Sign in to the Admin Page

Here's how to navigate to the admin page for your MiFi 8800L.
The admin page is used to customize the device settings and manage the device password.
This Jetpack has its own settings page where you can configure advanced features and settings that can't be accessed using the touch screen display.
  1. Establish a Wi-Fi connection between your Jetpack and a device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).
    Wi-Fi name and password can be obtained via the external LED or the sticker on the back of the Jetpack.
    If you need help connecting your computer to Wi-Fi, select the appropriate operating system for assistance:
  2. From the device that's connected to the Jetpack open a web page then enter
    http://my.jetpack
    into the URL address field.
    Alternatively, enter 192.168.1.1 into the URL address field.
    If the admin page does not appear, refer to step 1.
  3. Click
    Sign In
     (located in the upper-right).
  4. Enter the admin password then click
    Sign In

    By default the admin and Wi-Fi passwords are the same. To verify via the device's external LED, navigate:
