Before you begin

The Family app allows buddies, caregivers, and guardians to communicate with a Gizmo device via text message.

Open the

Verizon Family app

Tap the

Chat/Call tab

Under 'Recent communications', view the text messages.

To delete messages, tap the

3-dot Menu

Tap

Delete all messages
