View Router Details via My Verizon app

Use the My Verizon app to access router details such as IMEI, model and IP Address for assistance in setting up or troubleshooting your 5G Home Internet service.

Before you begin

5G Home Internet service is currently offered in specific areas. Check if Verizon Home Internet is available near you.

Steps

  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Home tab
    .
  3. If necessary, tap the
    5G Home tab
     at the top of the screen.
  4. From the Home device section, tap the device to manage.
  5. Tap
    Wi-Fi networks
    .
  6. Tap
    Settings
    .
  7. From the Account and router settings screen, tap
    View technical router info
    .
  8. View the following info:
    • IP address
    • MAC address
    • Serial number
    • SIM
    • Router Software
