Here's how to add, edit or remove a contact entry on your Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 (3rd Gen.).

Add / Edit a Contact

Open the

Contacts app

Do one of the following:

To add a contact, tap the

Add icon

To edit an existing contact, select the desired contact then tap

Edit

If presented, select an account (e.g., Tablet, Google, etc.) then tap

SELECT

To use this account automatically for future contacts, tap

SET AS DEFAULT

Depending on the account type, the options presented may vary.

Enter or edit any of the info fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email, etc.) then tap

Save

To add a pause (a 2-second delay between numbers) or wait, tap

*+#

then tap Pause or Wait.

Tap

for additional options.

Open the

Contacts app

Tap the

Menu icon

Tap

Delete

Tap

Delete

to confirm.
