Push to Talk Plus - Dispatch Console - Send Instant Personal Alerts (IPAs)

Here's how to send Instant Personal Alerts (IPAs) for Push to Talk Plus via the Dispatch Console.

Launch the Dispatch Console.

Navigate:

Start

Apps

Dispatch Console menu

Click the

Contacts tab

Select the appropriate online contact then click the

Instant Personal Alert icon

Instant Personal Alerts can only be sent to one contact at a time.

Once the alert has been sent then a message appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen with the status showing 'Success'.

To reply to a missed Instant Personal Alerts (IPAs):

Select the Instant Personal Alerts tab.

Select the appropriate missed alert.

Right-click then click
