Ensure your prepaid account remains secure and accessible by managing your security question and account PIN directly within the My Verizon app.

Before you begin

Changes to these items may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.

Open the

My Verizon app

Tap the

Menu icon

then tap

Account

Tap

Account Settings

From the Security tab, follow the onscreen instructions to update any of the following:

Enable Touch ID

Edit User ID

Change Account PIN

Change password

Change security question

Change Voicemail PIN
