To manage your profile, edit your User ID and update your address via My Verizon Mobile, view this.
Available options may vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member) and your Verizon plan.
- Access My Verizon Mobile.
- For the Most Popular Links section, select one of the following:
- Special Offers
- Change Features
- Pay Bill
- Change Plan
- Change Billing Address
- Change Email Address
- Change Voice Mail Password
- Manage Safeguards
- Workshops & Appointments
- Signout
Change Features
- You can change features at the account level or indiviually, select from:
- Additional Features (roadside assistance).
- Cloud Storage for Media 2GB, 25GB 1 TB.
- Equipment Protection.
Pay Bill
- From the Pay Your Bill Now section, select an option:
- Total Amount Due
- A Different Amount
- To continue, ensure 'I Accept Terms and Conditions' is checked.
- SelectContinue.
- Select a payment option:
- Pay from Saved Account.
- Add New Payment Source - other payment Source. Verizon Wireless Gift Card.
Change Billing Address
- Edit any of the following fields as preferred:
- Address*
- Address2
- City
- State*
- Zip Code
- Contact number
- Alternate contact number
- Submit
Change Email Address
- Choose from the following:
- New Email
- Confirm New Email
Change Voice Mail Password
- Choose from the following options:
- Create My Own Password.
- Pick a Password for Me.
Manage Safeguards
- Family Safeguards and controls:
- FamilyBase - Add or Remove.
- Service BlocksChecked items are active on your account.
