After a master reset or switching to a new device, or if content is missing, use this process to download your contacts from Verizon Cloud back onto your basic phone.

Steps

  1. From the main menu, select
    Cloud
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
    Cloud may be located in the Verizon folder, Verizon Apps, Media Center, etc.
  2. Select
    Next
    .
    Backup will begin automatically.
    Contacts that were previously backed up automatically restore to the phone.
