Verizon Messages (Message+) - 4G Basic Phone - Auto Receive Messages

If you're not receiving your picture or video messages via Verizon Messages (Message+), view this info.
If you're not receiving picture / video messages, follow the steps below to ensure 'Roaming auto-retrieve' is turned on.
  1. From the main screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
  2. Select
    Message+
     .
  3. Press the
    right soft key
     softkey to choose Options.
  4. Highlight 'Roaming auto-retrieve'.
  5. Press the
    center button
    to turn on or off.
