Download photos, videos, etc. to your Mac® from the Verizon Cloud website to keep a local copy so you can access your media while offline.

Before you begin

If downloading a large amount of content via the Verizon Cloud website, your login session may expire while downloading and cause the resulting .zip file to be unusable. It's recommended to use the Cloud desktop app in these cases.

Steps

  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to mycloud.verizon.com.
  2. From the Library section, click the appropriate tab (e.g., Photos & Videos, Audio, etc.).
  3. Select the file you want to download.
    To select multiple files, click the
    Multi-select icon
     Select multiple files icon then select the desired files.
  4. Click the
    Download arrow

    Downloaded content is saved as a .zip file in the browser's default download location (usually the Downloads folder, but this can be changed in the Safari Preferences menu).
