Push to Talk Plus - Dispatch Console - Download and Install

Here's how to download and install the Push to Talk Plus Dispatch Console.
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Navigate:
    Manage Account
    View All
    Push to Talk
    .
  3. Search for then select the appropriate member activated for Dispatch in the 'Name' column.
    Numbers activated for Dispatch will display 'PTT_ for Dispatch' in the 'Service' column.
  4. Click
    Activate
    .
  5. From the 'Web Dispatch Activation' pop-up window, enter the email address associated with the PTT+ License then click
    Submit
    .
  6. From the activation code email, click the download link.
    Link expires within 24 hours.
  7. If prompted, enter your email address.
  8. In the 'Choose a password' screen, enter your new Dispatch password twice then click
    Continue
    .
  9. Click
    Yes
     to Install Plugin.
  10. Click
    OK
     to clear the Dispatch dialog box.
  11. Click
    Run
     from the 'The DispatcherPlugin-en-US.msi download has completed' message (at the bottom of the screen).
