Here's how to check for software updates for your Verizon Jetpack MiFi 7730L.
  1. From the Home screen, tap
    Menu
     (located in the lower-left).
    If necessary, press the
    Power button
     (located on the top-right edge) to turn on the display.
  2. Tap
    Software Update
    .
  3. Tap
    Check for Update
    .
  4. If an update is available, do the following:
    • Tap
      OK
       to begin the download.
      Allow several minutes for the download to complete.
    • When presented, tap
      Install Now
      .
    • Review the message then tap
      Yes
       to confirm.
      Allow several minutes for the process to complete.
  5. Tap
    OK
    .
