ASUS ZenPad™ Z10 - Reset Network Settings

Here's how to reset the network settings on your ZenPad Z10. This can be helpful if you can't connect to the internet or send or receive email and messages.
If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.
The following are cleared or restored to default values:
  • Cellular and Wi-Fi network settings (including saved networks and passwords)
  • Bluetooth®
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps icon Apps menu icon
    Settings Settings icon
    Backup & reset
    .
  2. Tap
    Network settings reset
    .
  3. Review the info then tap
    Reset settings
    .
    If presented, enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
  4. Review the info then tap
    Reset settings
     to confirm.
