Blocking certain numbers on your Apple® iPhone® stops unwanted calls and messages. If you can't receive calls or messages from specific numbers, verify they're not blocked.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Phone app
    .
  2. Tap
    Recents
    .
  3. Tap the
    info icon
     to the right of the desired contact then do any of the following:
    • To add a block:
      1. Scroll down, then tap
        Block Contact
        .
      2. To confirm, tap
        Block Contact
        .
    • To remove a block, tap
      Unblock Contact
      .
